Let’s get to know Candice a little better.
Q: Thank you for sponsoring Fun Run! What’s your favourite Fun Run memory?
A: It’s a pleasure, this is actually the first year I’ll be doing the run. I’m super excited
Q: Are you a runner yourself?
A: Yes I enjoy running most days to keep fit and mentally strong for myself, my family and the business. I run 3-5km during the week.
Q: How long have you been living in the area?
A: I have been living in the Lower north shore for 6 years now and I worked in the lower north shore prior to that. I love the area so much.
Q: Do you have a favourite cafe or a hangout?
A: I love my coffee from “Jack and Co” and you will see me at Blackmans dog park or Kingsford Smith Oval with the dogs and kids.
Q: We hear you’re running a weekend retreat to Hunter Valley for dogs. How often do you do these?
A: Yes, my husband and I purchased an acreage in Cessnock, our family farm and we are now doing farm stays for the dogs. We are transporting them from Bloomingtails for medium to long stays for one week to month-long stays. We are offering this service to our existing clients and there will be more to come in 2023. It’s super exciting!
